Job Overview

Our Client Support Manager role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our successful organisation and contribute to our growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Salesforce Administrator, with experience in SaaS or business information organisations, to lead our client support teams in Bournemouth and Newcastle.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining proactive client processes
  • Managing client issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Recruiting, mentoring and developing team members

A competitive basic salary and a great benefits package, including 25 days annual leave and pension, make this an attractive opportunity.

Hybrid working offered. Location: Bournemouth or Newcastle, with frequent travel between UK offices.
