Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team at Remark Able. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' effective implementation of our marketing automation solutions.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and implement our solutions against these goals.
  • You will be responsible for managing client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and setup of our solutions.
  • With your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you will troubleshoot any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
  • You will have regular communication with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an onboarding or implementation role with a complex SaaS solution.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and task management skills.
  • A strong technical mindset, able to deal with more technical queries and challenges.
  • Not afraid to be customer-facing.
  • An eye for opportunity. Identify areas of potential client growth within your engagements.
  • A drive and desire to achieve, exceed and grow.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • The desire to learn and improve. No ego's here.
  • Prior experience using Planhat is beneficial.
