Account Growth Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team at ABR Talent. As an advocate for your clients, you will be responsible for providing ultimate client satisfaction and driving retention.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a B2B Client/Account Management role, ideally with a marketing aligned SaaS solution. You will be well-versed in high-touch customer management and have a drive and desire to achieve, exceed, and grow.
Key responsibilities include regularly engaging with clients, providing value with every interaction, and exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will also have a firm finger on the pulse of the business, ensuring exceptional levels of service are delivered at every touch point.
