Sales Growth Manager

EIMS is a global sales and marketing agency seeking an Inbound Sales Account Manager to join our team in the DACH region.
We have partnered with Decisions, a Norwegian VC-funded software client, to grow its revenue. Decisions offers a meeting tool that integrates all Microsoft tools, such as Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote, and more, making meetings the most productive part of the day.
As an Inbound Sales Account Manager, you will run the sales process from start to end (90% inbound campaign) covering conducting negotiations, delivering demos, managing/closing procurement processes, and driving adoption and/or expansion.
- You will manage Sales Forecasting and TAL account profiling in CRM – Hubspot.
- Create proposals and client follow-up while consistently utilizing CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business, and process orders.
- Ensure clients derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software by utilizing all licenses, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Native German speakers with excellent English skills are preferred.
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, specifically in the Saas space, with a background in conducting demos/presentations.
- High-energy, driven sales professionals with sound business acumen.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a remote role with monthly visits to our office in Bournemouth, UK. You will have the opportunity to earn up to 4 extra days off per year, depending on your performance. We offer top industry Tech sales training and Full Product Knowledge training provided. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression to Sales Director level and beyond.
