Job Overview

EIMS is a leading provider of innovative meeting tools, seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue expansion in the DACH region for Decisions, a Norwegian software client.

Decisions enhances productivity, efficiency, and collaboration by integrating with Microsoft tools.

Your Responsibilities
  • Execute sales strategies from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging your expertise in negotiations, demos, procurement processes, adoption, and expansion.
  • Manage sales forecasts and TAL account profiling using CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Develop tailored proposals and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilizing CRM to track activity and forecast business growth.
  • Pursue opportunities to contribute to the team's quota across the DACH market.
  • Ensure clients derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software.
About You
  • A native German speaker with excellent English skills is required.
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, is necessary.
  • You must be a high-energy, driven sales professional with sound business acumen.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
