We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

About the Role

This is a high-energy sales position that requires a strong background in B2B sales, with a focus on software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Saas sales, with a proven track record of success in conducting demos and presentations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales forecasting and TAL account profiling in CRM, creating proposals and client follow-up, and contributing to the team's quota across the DACH market.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage sales forecasting and TAL account profiling in CRM to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making.
  2. Create compelling proposals and client follow-up materials to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  3. Contribute to the team's quota across the DACH market by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Native-level German language skills and excellent English language skills.
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in Saas sales, with a focus on conducting demos and presentations.
  • High-energy sales professional with sound business acumen and a strong understanding of software solutions.
