Account Growth Specialist

EIMS is looking for a skilled Inbound Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As an Inbound Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the DACH market by managing the sales process from start to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running the sales process from start to end (90% inbound campaign)
- Leading sales forecasting and TAL account profiling in CRM – Hubspot
- Creating proposals and client follow-up, using CRM tools to track and manage activity
- Contributing to the team's quota across the DACH market (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria)
Requirements:
- Native-level German and excellent English skills
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a background in conducting demos/presentations
- High-energy, driven sales professionals with sound business acumen
Benefits and Salary
- Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
