Customer Growth Specialist

As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our account managers to develop business across a portfolio of clients. You will fully own the digital roadmap, annual budgeting and forecasting, and sales pipeline. Developing close working relationships with senior leadership teams on key accounts, understanding their business objectives, and delivering digital strategy and consultancy is also a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment. A broad knowledge of Experience Platforms, UX & Design processes and Digital Marketing techniques is essential. Confident communication and presentation skills are also required, as well as the ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders to buy into your ideas.
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health care scheme with gym membership discounts, pension scheme, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional days holiday for each year of service.
