Head of Business Expansion

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion for Mayfair Compliance Group. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and sales materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including regular communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
