Market Expansion Manager

**Job Responsibilities**
As a Business Development Manager at Lime Talent's partner company, you will play a critical role in expanding our client's commercial presence and market reach through partnerships and channels beyond their direct-to-consumer business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing channel strategies to increase market share and align with the company's growth ambitions.
- Managing P&L for OOH accounts, ensuring revenue, distribution, and margin targets are met.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors across the UK, Ireland, and EU to ensure successful market penetration.
- Winning new national accounts and forming commercial agreements that align with long-term growth objectives, especially in key European markets like the UK and Ireland.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the UK OOH market, a proven ability to win new business, proficiency in managing customer accounts and creating JBPs, and a passion for promoting sustainability.
You should also possess an analytical mindset, capable of navigating P&L statements, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
**Salary and Benefits**
