About the RoleSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Job Description: As the Adult Social Care Policy Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of adult social care policies
- Collaborating with stakeholders and teams to ensure policy alignment and buy-in
- Providing expert advice and guidance on adult social care policy matters
- Ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes for policy projects
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, public health)
- Proven experience in leading policy development and implementation in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams
