Dealer Network Development Executive

We are seeking a Dealer Network Development Executive to join our team at Trakm8. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our dealer/reseller network across the UK.
Job Title: Dealer Network Development ExecutiveSalary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus commission plan and company car/car allowance.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in managing and developing existing dealer/reseller networks. Key responsibilities include:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential dealers/resellers to increase hardware sales, recurring revenues, and products/solutions provided.
- Work closely with partners to assist in closing sales, including bid assistance, appointment making, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure dealers have relevant sales collateral and participate in trade shows, promotions, etc.
- Research, qualify, and develop suitable new resellers/dealer opportunities to grow the dealer network.
- Negotiate commercial agreements within agreed parameters.
- Manage new partners, providing training and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and business development experience, preferably in a channel sales environment.
- Technical sales background is preferred.
- New business generator capable of developing new leads through own initiatives.
- High degree of self-motivation and drive.
- Capable of working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
- Willing to travel UK-wide (and possibly further) on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of the telematics and associated automotive industry.
