Fleet Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Development Manager to join our Established Fleet Sales & Marketing team at Trakm8. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on the telematics and automotive industries.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing dealer/reseller network to increase hardware sales, recurring revenues, and products/solutions provided
  • Work closely with partners to assist in closing sales, including bid assistance, appointment making, and client presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure dealers have relevant sales collateral and participate in trade shows, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
  • Research, qualify, and develop suitable new resellers/dealer opportunities to help grow our dealer network, including prospecting and cold calling
  • Negotiate commercial agreements within agreed parameters
  • Manage new partners, providing training and support to ensure they are fully aware of our products and services

Requirements:



  • Extensive sales/business development experience, preferably in a Channel Sales environment
  • Technical Sales background is a plus
  • New business generator with the ability to develop new leads through own initiatives
  • High degree of self-motivation and drive
  • Capable of working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals
  • Willing to travel UK-wide (and possibly further) on a regular basis
  • Knowledge of the telematics and associated automotive industry
