About the Job

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the position of Library and Archives Coordinator at our esteemed institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our library's collection, providing expert advice, and delivering high-quality services to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Cataloguing and Collections Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective cataloguing procedures, adhering to national and international standards, such as MARC21, RDA, and AACR2.
  2. Library Services: Plan, deliver, and evaluate library services, including research assistance, reader advisory, and instruction programs, to meet the needs of our diverse user base.
  3. Budget Management: Oversee the library's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support strategic goals and objectives.
