Digital Archives Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Digital Archives Project Coordinator to join our team at the Digital Preservation Coalition. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Archives Relocation (DAR) project as part of the Archives Relocation Programme.
As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver the digital strand of the ARP. This includes the migration of collections data and digital collections to The National Archives systems, transfer of web archiving collections and functions to TNA, review and transfer of Parliamentary Archives' web content, and establishment of future processes to enable ongoing transfer of digital records from Parliament to TNA.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a hybrid basis depending on business needs and support a high-profile and complex digital archives project that will future-proof Parliament's digital archives. You'll be accountable for:
- Project planning, monitoring, and reporting: maintaining and monitoring progress against project plan, maintaining RAID logs, and following up on actions as needed.
- Meeting and workshop support: maintaining agendas, minutes, and chasing actions for project meetings, managing Jira board, supporting sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Information and Knowledge Management: acting as Record Officer for the project SharePoint site, updating key project documents, and managing project information/knowledge.
The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The location is in London, UK. If you're passionate about preserving digital archives, we'd love to hear from you
