Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business for the German Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and cultivating strategies in prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing to grow our revenue footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the German Market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • Proficient in German
  • University Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in outreach and selling performance-driven advertising campaigns into digital marketing teams, ideally in the D2C space and on a CPC basis
  • Experience working in the German Markets
  • Good knowledge of performance marketing goals and metrics (CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROI, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing funnel and how a channel like Rokt would fit into an organization's marketing mix and goals
  • Professional client-facing skills
  • A curious mind with a strong desire to leverage creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and revenue opportunities for the organization
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, high energy sales culture with a proven track record of high performance
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, for your co-workers and for the company
