Business Development Manager for German Markets

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the German market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive upsells and new product adoption.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting and account plans.
  • Develop relevant marketing decks and client-facing proposals.
  • Outreach and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in German language.
  • University Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in outreach and selling performance-driven advertising campaigns into digital marketing teams.
  • Experience working in the German Markets.
  • Good knowledge of performance marketing goals and metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing funnel and how a channel like Rokt would fit into an organization's marketing mix and goals.
  • Professional client-facing skills.
  • A curious mind with a strong desire to leverage creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and revenue opportunities.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, high energy sales culture with a proven track record of high performance.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, for your co-workers and for the company.
  • A positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
