Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team in London. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of German clients in the Financial Services space.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Sales function, requiring a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting new business growth targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to grow Money20/20's footprint in Germany.
  • Engage with Event Directors, Operations, and Content to design and deliver bespoke solutions for our growing customer base.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure effective coordination on campaigns and best use of marketing collateral.
  • Be an expert in customers' business strategies, objectives, goals, systems, and operating models to position and align Money20/20 solutions and services effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in business development, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Proven success in meeting new business growth targets.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday, pension, life assurance, and access to our flexible benefits platform.
