Job Summary:
The Business Development Coordinator role at Clinilabs Drug Development Corporation involves supporting the business development team in various duties. The primary responsibilities include prospecting into new accounts, conducting outreach, and maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the business development team in identifying and engaging with new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Produce activity reports and other documentation as required.
- Support the business development team in setting up introductory meetings and establishing new relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and business developments.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com.
Travel Requirements:
Travel is required for industry conferences, trade shows, and meetings with clients and staff. The candidate should be able to commute between NY and NJ offices.
Salary:
The salary range is competitive and dependent on the candidate's geographical location and experience. For NYC, the salary range is up to $70,000.
