Business Development Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in cultivating valuable relationships with clients and driving business growth. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting client assessments, and crafting tailored sales proposals.
Your success as a Business Development Associate will be measured by your ability to understand customers' unique challenges and aspirations, navigate complex sales cycles, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes. We seek curious and adaptable individuals with strong relationship-building skills to develop trust-based partnerships, work collaboratively, and cultivate commercial acumen to drive growth opportunities.
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As part of the apprenticeship, you will also have the opportunity to gain a BSc (Hons) degree in Business-to-Business Sales while working towards successful graduation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English
- 3 A Levels or equivalent at grades C or above
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate drive and a passion for learning
