We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the German Market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving business growth.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and cultivating strategies to drive new business in the German Market. This will involve prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing. The successful candidate will be able to think critically and implement strategies that deliver ROI, catered specifically to each client.

We're looking for a self-motivated, high-integrity individual who shares our passion for innovation and ecommerce. The ideal candidate will be a strong fit for this role if they have a sharp, commercial mind that takes a solutions approach to solve complex client problems.

About the Role:

  • Drive new business growth in the German Market
  • Build and cultivate strategies to drive new business
  • Prospect, develop relationships, and close deals
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver ROI
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of driving business growth
  • Strong background in ecommerce and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think critically and implement strategies that deliver ROI
