Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the German Market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and revenue expansion in the German Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in performance marketing and ecommerce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and ecommerce principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
