Care Manager Position

About the Role
SGS Care Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the position of Care Manager. As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential home with 4-5 beds, catering to the needs of young people with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children. As a leader in the field, you will have extensive experience in managing Ofsted-rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children's homes and possess the skills to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience in managing children's homes, preferably with Ofsted ratings of 'Good' or 'Outstanding'
- A strong background in developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and support
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external agencies
The Package
We offer a competitive salary of up to £66,551 per annum, inclusive of base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives. Additionally, you will receive:
- A 10% salary bonus, reviewed annually
- A £3,051 on-call bonus, paid approximately 10 weekends per year
- An attendance allowance of £1,441
- A long-term incentive plan, providing a 30% salary bonus accrued annually as a future lump sum
