Rehabilitation Care Worker

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with rehabilitation and care needs. This will involve working on a rota basis, including every other weekend, and participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Supporting individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for service users
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and support
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexible working arrangements, including every other weekend
- An hourly rate of £12.33, equivalent to an annual salary of £27,003
