Job Description:

  • Salary: Up to £12.55 per hour + good overtime rate, making the estimated annual salary around £25,500 - £26,000 based on 37 hours/week
  • Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

This role involves supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them develop skills, build confidence, and achieve their potential. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering relationship-based, person-centred care within a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support young people with hobbies, social activities, and developing new skills
  2. Assist with morning routines, including preparation for school
  3. Prepare meals and provide a safe and relaxing home environment
  4. Help young people explore new opportunities and reach their full potential
  5. Deliver relationship-based, person-centred care within a small team

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential (enrolled/working towards)
  • Previous experience within a Children's Residential home
  • A full UK driving licence is required for this role
