As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our residents and their families, utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care. You will also have the chance to lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans
  2. Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team
  3. Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administer medication
  4. Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with your team
