Care Home Manager

At SGS Care Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Children's Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring high-quality care for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate a team of caregivers
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards

Salary and Benefits:
£66, 51 per annum (includes base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives)
• 10% annual salary bonus
• ¢3, 51 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year)
• Attendance allowance (£1, 41)
• Long-term incentive plan: 30% salary bonus accrued annually as a future lump sum
• 4-week induction via Care Academy
• 7 weeks' annual leave
• Flexible benefits: adjustable holiday allowance, pension, and life insurance

• Additional perks: meals provided on-site, recommend-a-friend scheme (£1, 00 bonus), supportive on-call system

The estimated salary for this role is around £62,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
