Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work on a flexible basis, supporting clients with personal care, companionship, and household tasks. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes
* Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Offer companionship and social interaction to reduce loneliness and isolation
* Help with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry

Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* Enhanced DBS check required
