Care Assistant Professional

As a valued member of our team, you will deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
About the Role
You will assist residents in all their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect of individuals at all times. This includes recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner. You will also act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. Furthermore, you will practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

Benefits and Requirements
This role requires a DBS Disclosure check, which will be met by Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. Additionally, applicants must have current UK professional registration. The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect, be an efficient worker, and be adaptive and flexible. An estimated salary for this role is £18,500 - £20,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
