Adult Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Support Professional to join our team as a Care Assistant for home visits. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional care, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support to our clients in their own homes.
Competitive Salary: £12 per hour + paid mileage
