Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Avery Healthcare's Hinckley House Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • You will work closely with the care team to deliver person-centered care plans, monitoring resident wellbeing and making adjustments as needed.
  • You will act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and visitors, providing information and resolving concerns.

About You:

  • You must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, along with 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be responsive and flexible.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
