About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One Ltd. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and implementing care that gives our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know our residents and their families – helping to ensure we deliver truly personalized care plans. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and being a real influence on the rest of the team.

You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. Your salary will be £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and you will enjoy access to various benefits and services supporting your well-being throughout your career.
