Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One Ltd. in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
">The ideal candidate will have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and be prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent.
A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia are also beneficial.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and being a real influence on the rest of the team.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records of your job
- Building strong relationships with your team
- Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
- Administering medication
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
