We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Chiswick showroom, representing premium brands like Volvo, Hyundai, Polestar, INEOS, LEVC, and Lotus. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for the automotive industry, looking to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction to new heights.

About Us: At Spot, we have built a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service across 22 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are committed to developing a business that we can all be proud of, and we need a results-driven Sales Manager to join us on this exciting journey.

Your Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager at Spot, you will set the strategic direction, empower your team to achieve shared goals, and ensure the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction are met. You will lead by example, driving the sales department to exceed key performance indicators and monthly targets while continuously seeking new ways to grow the business.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should be an ambitious, driven and motivated Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Automotive Sales Lead / Dealership Sales Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • A solid track record as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, with leadership and management experience.
  • An understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
  • Proven financial acumen, with a history of delivering strong results.
  • A customer-centric mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with attention to detail.
  • An eagerness to learn and a passion for the INEOS and Lotus brands.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit.
