UK Sales Team Lead

As a seasoned sales leader, you will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing a team of account executives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed their targets. Your expertise in sales, marketing, and business development will help drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the UK market.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically. You will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
