Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Würth UK in Warrington. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales force to new heights.
About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will lead and manage a team of skilled sales professionals, providing direction and guidance to ensure the achievement of sales targets. You will also develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
You will be responsible for analysing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and action, and conducting monthly one-to-one meetings with the team to discuss sales figures. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver monthly sales meetings within the team.
Your goal will be to maximise sales revenue through direct marketing and telesales campaigns, while maintaining a strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business objectives.
What We OfferA competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, as well as performance-based incentives. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement are also available.
