Sales Team Lead

Mason Blake is expanding its UK Institutional Sales team and seeking a skilled sales professional to drive growth in the UK market.
As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing new business activities across the UK and Ireland, identifying and building relationships with Global and UK investment consultants and institutional clients. This includes:
- Leading sales meetings to bring on new clients and close sales.
- Establishing strong relationships with field consultants to enhance new opportunities.
- Co-ordinating with other Sales Managers to ensure best practice.
A strong investment knowledge and previous experience in UK institutional sales in the investment management industry are essential for this role. An estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per year.
