About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Marketo, an Adobe Company. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of sales professionals (Express Product Specialists) and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales account managers and coach/mentor a team of Account Executives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business requirements and needs.
  • Analyse sales data and create strategies to improve sales performance and hit targets.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar role.
