Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our team in Surrey. This is an ideal opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact in taking a successful SME to the next level.

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience as Head of Sales or similar role within UK food/drink FMCG, with excellent leadership skills and proven track record for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Top Line Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive top line growth across the UK and export markets.

Customer Acquisition: Drive and develop new customer acquisition strategies across the UK retail landscape.

Commercial Alignment: Secure a cohesive focus across the commercial functions including marketing/category/supply/product development/finance.

Relationship Building: Own and nurture key commercial relationships to deliver short and long-term sales goals.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare monthly reports for the senior leadership team.

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum + bonus + benefits package
