As our Dementia Friends Ambassador, you'll be playing a vital role in changing attitudes about dementia. Your primary focus will be on delivering Dementia Friends Sessions to various audiences, thereby raising essential awareness of this condition.
This exciting opportunity requires you to be an effective representative in your local area (Suffolk), promoting our work and ensuring people affected by dementia are aware of the vital information and support we offer.
You'll engage with the public, encouraging them to access our services, and participate in local events and talks. This could also involve handing out leaflets, sharing social media posts, or putting up posters to raise awareness about dementia.
To be successful in this role, you must live in Suffolk and be prepared to travel within the surrounding area.
