Job Description
As a Training and Compliance Specialist at Geobear Global, you will be responsible for supporting the training programme's implementation and maintenance, ensuring its alignment with business policies and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training content, monitoring compliance, and facilitating knowledge sharing among staff.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality training content, adapting it to different learning styles and needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training programmes and resources
- Monitor and report on employee training progress, highlighting areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancement
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
Requirements
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including subject matter experts and senior leaders
Compensation
This role is offered with an estimated annual salary of £42,000-£52,000, reflecting industry standards and location factors.
