Worldline, a global leader in the payments technology industry, is seeking an experienced Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Expert to join its UK team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial security compliance framework, ensuring alignment with UK regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial industry, with expertise in applicable regulations and FCA guidelines. They will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

As a Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Expert, you will work closely with the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and collaborate with colleagues to develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the company's compliance program, ensuring alignment with UK regulations.
  • Act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AML framework, including monitoring, reporting, and training.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance matters to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, advising on development and implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Liaise with regulators (i.e., FCA) and other external parties on compliance-related issues.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and advise on the impact of new laws on the business.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on compliance and AML activities to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
