Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Professional to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our regulatory compliance team to ensure we meet all relevant regulations and standards. This will include calculating product carbon footprints and implementing sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
  2. Work closely with sales teams to address customer requests and ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Collaborate with procurement teams to develop scope 3 processes for PCF and support site engineers in energy mapping.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and attend relevant training and development events.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a scientific field, preferably chemistry.
  • Previous industrial experience in regulatory affairs and sustainability, ideally within the chemical industry.
  • Experience of product carbon footprint calculations and working on scope 3 data collection.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
