Job Overview:
Elevate your career as an EHS Manager with a leading global automotive supplier. Oversee the overall business management system and drive continuous improvement of EHS compliance, performance, and systems to deliver an evolving safety culture.

About the Role:
This permanent or interim opportunity is ideal for a results-driven professional who can lead division and group certifications to ISO14001/45001 and internal auditing. You will also be responsible for delivering IOSH training programs across the business and collaborating with the leadership team to foster a safe working culture.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage EHS Management systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to improve incident rates and reduce risks
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive a safe working culture and promote EHS awareness
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver IOSH training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills

Requirements:
• Proven experience in major risk environments
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with high volumes of data
• IT literacy and ability to navigate portals to upload data
• NEBOSH Diploma/Certificate (desired)

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
