Job Title: Safety and Compliance Specialist

Carter Rolan Group is currently searching for a Safety and Compliance Specialist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, covering the night shift. The role is Monday to Friday, with hours from 6pm to 7am (37.5 hours per week).

The ideal candidate will have experience working in either warehousing or logistics, or a busy health and safety environment. A NEBOSH General Certificate is also required. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels are essential.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include ensuring the safe movement of visiting drivers, hub employees, and vehicles on-site at all times. This involves ensuring that safe systems of work are adhered to and that all visiting drivers wear appropriate PPE. The successful candidate will also be responsible for completing compliance audits each shift and reporting any severe contraventions of health and safety to management immediately.

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum is on offer, along with investment in training and career progression. Benefits include weekly pay, free hot drinks, onsite parking, store discounts, wellness programs, and hot food Fridays.
