About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in the South West Region, managing developments in Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, and parts of Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations.
  • Work closely with the regional marketing team to agree forward marketing strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and coach new Sales Executives.
  • Conduct local research, competition research, and pricing exercises.
  • Attend and participate in promotional presentations and events.
  • Monitor interest shown in developments and maintain site presentation and standards.
Requirements
  • Previous sales management experience in new homes, property, or estate agency environments.
  • Proven ability to support and inspire a team, with a visible presence on site.
  • Initiative, ideas, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed.
