Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the South West territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the South West territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including national and independent builders merchants.
- Represent our company's high-end decorative external building products to builders merchants and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate with our dynamic sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our company remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in a field sales role.
- Strong relationships-building skills and ability to work with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
