Area Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in the South West Region, managing developments in Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, and parts of Oxfordshire.
Your primary objective will be to maximize sales in your area through effective leadership and motivation of your team. You will be responsible for developing the sales strategy for each site, including price recommendations, and working closely with the regional marketing team to agree forward marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of the Welcome Centre, Office, and Show Apartments
- Recruitment, induction, and training of new Sales Executives
- Conducting local research, competition research, and pricing exercises
- Attending and participating in promotional presentations and events
- Monitoring the interest shown in developments
- Site presentation and standards
We are looking for a candidate with previous Sales Management experience within new homes, property, or an estate agency environment. You should have a proven ability to support and inspire your team, and be comfortable and confident producing reports, ensuring the data is accurate and your narrative brings the numbers to life.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, commercial, and target-driven environment, with bags of initiative, ideas, and a solutions-oriented approach. Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed are essential.
