Job Title: Student Experience and Inclusion Officer

UCL Student Support and Wellbeing Services (SSWS) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Experience and Inclusion Officer.

Job Summary:

The Student Experience and Inclusion Officer will provide comprehensive advice and guidance to students and the wider UCL community, supporting them via a range of service channels, including in-person support, telephone calls, and online enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information, advice, and support to students and the wider UCL community
  • Support students via in-person support, telephone calls, and online enquiries
  • Travel to UCL East on a regular basis
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of student events and initiatives
