Job Role: Customer Service and Business Development Manager

The Flooring Co (UK) Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to achieve business growth targets, and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, manage and grow social media presence, and create engaging content.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content, ensure consistency with brand messaging and values, and utilize SEO best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive attitude towards engaging in new business opportunities.
  • Qualifications: Must have business development, customer service, social media management, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Word skills.
